Our system design team can provide comprehensive submittal sets and detailed record
drawings using a variety of CAD based programs to assist in keeping continuity through
out your entire project and into the service plan.

Design drawing sets create installation standards, smoother installations and greater serviceability
 after installations. Project designers work closely with project managers and technicians to
ensure jobs are installed according to specifications.

can save you or your customer time and money. Quality control, time management and
communication are key assets of our experienced and professional project management team.
All projects are assigned to a project manager to ensure installation standards are met.

Sales

Whether you are planning for construction or renovation of your facility, Commercial Access
will be an important step along the way.Our sales staff is highly competent and knowledgeable
in regards to system design, budget constraints, specification needs and scalability issues.

At commercial Access, all facets of a project are handled in-house: Design, software, panel
fabrication, installation, training and maintenance. This turn key capability allows us to maintain
complete quality control over our finished product. Down time is kept to a minimum by stocking
of all parts required for repairs. 24 hour service is available from our factory-trained field technicians. 

Installation

Our technicians are trained in all project phases and are held to the highest standards for installation
techniques such as cable management and termination methods. Our control panels are fabricated
are pre-fabricated and tested in our controlled environment prior to installation, ensuring quality control.

Our technology strength and enterprise level experience experience are key elements to our
success. Our technicians are proficient in networking, SQL database applications and all
programming aspects of our Access Control, Surveillance & Intercom systems.

Service

Commercial Access believes that customer service is the cornerstone of our business. Our
service solutions include a centralized service department with web based applications that
allows our technicians to update service calls, review call logs and receive email notifications. 

Customers can enter service calls, review call status and receive updates be email. A centralized
service manager dispatches, monitors and reviews all service calls nationwide through web based
software applications.

Maintenance

Commercial Access is a full service Technologies Integrator. We design, install and service Security,
 Access Control, Parking Revenue Systems, Analog CCTV/Digital Surveillance, Intercom,
Network Cabling, Perimeter Protection, Barrier Arms, Automated Gates and Crash Barriers.
 
Commercial Access has been established in Houston area for 60+ years. As a single source contractor,
we are capable of providing all labor for the installation of Building and Networking Integration Systems.

Project Design, Management, Software Programming, Training, Labor, Service and Maintenance are
among the in house services provided.

Training
